She has a serious genetic lung condition, I’m terrified for her.

Beautiful picture of a beautiful girl.

What's wrong with her lungs?

Kartagener's disease, immotile cilia, she was born with a smokers cough trying to clear her lungs. It's a terrible thing to watch her live with it and she never complains.

The poor thing. I just looked up the disease and it sounds awful.

I know it's a big step, but would moving to a very dry state (like Arizona) help her condition any?

It’s internal, but I honestly don’t know.

I know very little about it, other than hearing that people with respiratory problems often move to Arizona. The complete lack of humidity is supposed to help alleviate lung problems.

We have our granddaughter living with us for the foreseeable future.

Our lovely Westie had to be put to sleep a couple of weeks ago and the house has been very empty.

Yesterday we got two kittens for Maisey.

Maisey is a very happy girl 😊

This is hard to visualize the scale, because I used a 17mm lens. But on top of this building are two ENORMOUS cranes. They were dangling and swaying.

These goons on the ground were moving them around with a rope.

I have seen other crane accidents. This looks like a train wreck about to happen.
